I. General Provisions

  1. Welcome to use the mobile game Warfront Squad (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") and its related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services"). By downloading, installing, registering, logging in and using the Application and Services, you voluntarily acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms of this User Agreement. If you do not accept any clause herein, please stop downloading, installing and using the Application immediately.
  2. We reserve the right to revise and supplement the terms of this Agreement from time to time in accordance with business operations, platform rules and applicable laws and regulations. Revised terms will be announced via in-app notices or official pages. Your continued use of the Application and Services after the announcement shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
  3. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the Operator, and shall also comply with Developer Policies and local laws and regulations in your region.

II. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

  1. This Application is only available for users aged 18 and above. You represent and warrant that you have reached the required age and possess full capacity for civil conduct.
  2. If we identify that the user is a minor under 18 through technical means, user reports or other channels, we have the right to suspend or terminate all access rights of the corresponding account without prior notice, and delete relevant game data.
  3. You shall not use the Application by borrowing or impersonating others' identities.

III. License & Intellectual Property Rights

  1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable personal license to use this Application solely for non-commercial purposes on mobile devices legally owned by you.
  2. All intellectual property rights including copyright, trademark, patent and other proprietary rights of texts, images, sound effects, program codes, gameplay design, virtual items and interface elements within the Application belong to us or our licensors.
  3. Without our written formal consent, you shall not copy, repost, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, rent, sell, redevelop the Application and its contents, or use them for any commercial purposes.

IV. Code of Conduct

(1) Permitted Use

You may use this Application for personal leisure and entertainment and other non-commercial scenarios, and normally experience all public game functions.

(2) Prohibited Conduct

  1. You are prohibited from using third-party unauthorized software such as cheats, scripts, bots, tampering tools and cracked programs. Exploiting bugs or cheating to undermine game fairness is also forbidden.
  2. Do not harass, insult, threaten or defame other players. You shall not publish violent, pornographic, terrifying, illegal, infringing or discriminatory content and remarks.
  3. Do not bypass the security mechanisms, usage restrictions, payment processes and risk control rules of the Application.
  4. Do not use the Application to engage in fraud, traffic diversion, illegal transactions, money laundering or any other acts that violate laws and regulations.
  5. Do not brush data maliciously, register accounts in bulk, launch attacks against servers or interfere with the normal operation of the Application.

V. Application Updates, Suspension & Termination

  1. We will conduct version updates, function optimization, content adjustment and maintenance from time to time to improve user experience. You may need to install updates to continue using the Application.
  2. We have the right to suspend part or all of the Services temporarily due to server maintenance, network failures, technical upgrades, compliance rectification or business adjustments. We will notify users via in-app notices whenever possible.
  3. We reserve the right to permanently remove the Application and terminate all Services at any time according to operational needs. We will make public announcements before service termination.

VI. In-App Purchases & Virtual Assets

  1. This Application provides in-app purchase services. You may voluntarily purchase virtual currency, virtual items and premium features. All virtual assets can only be used within this Application, have no real cash value, and shall not be transferred, traded, sold or exchanged for cash, physical goods or other services.
  2. All completed in-app purchases are non-refundable, except as required by mandatory local laws and regulations. Please carefully confirm the purchased items and amount before making payments.
  3. If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations, cheating or breach of this Agreement, the remaining virtual currency and items in the account will not be refunded or compensated.

VII. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. The Application and related Services are provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to uninterrupted service, bug-free operation, full compliance with your expectations or absolute security.
  2. We shall not be liable for service exceptions, data loss or poor user experience caused by network instability, device malfunctions, interference from third-party software, user operational errors or force majeure (natural disasters, wars, policy changes, etc.).

VIII.Limitation of Liability, Indemnification & Governing Law

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Application and Services.
  2. You agree to bear all claims, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or improper use of the Application. You shall indemnify and hold us, our affiliates and partners harmless from all disputes, litigations and losses, and bear all relevant compensation costs.
  3. The formation, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws in force where our headquarters is located, excluding conflict of law rules. All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of our headquarters for resolution.

IX. Validity & Account Termination

  1. If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by competent authorities, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
  2. We have the right to suspend, freeze, ban or terminate your account and access rights at any time without prior notice, based on violation circumstances, operational rules or compliance requirements.
  3. After account suspension, ban or service termination, clauses regarding intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law shall remain in full force.
